Enquanto isso, minha esposa teve um problema com seu Iphone e na mesma hora deram outro novo para ela, pois não seria justo ela ser penalizada por um problema tão evidente. Meu smartphone estava com a Spen QUEIMANDO e sou penalizado a ficar sem um smartphone!!!!

@SamsungPortugal me deixou muito decepcionado. Meu S22 Ultra (smartphone topo de linha caríssimo) QUEIMANDO e a solução foi deixar o meu smartphone para análise. Isso é extremamente frustrante, pois fico sem smartphone. Esperava um smartphone novo ao invés de ser penalizado.
