De Ana Botella, la mujer de Aznar, la venta de viviendas públicas y la Justicia española

En el año 2013, la entonces alcaldesa de Madrid, Ana Botella, vendió 18 promociones inmobiliarias con 1.860 viviendas protegidas a dos sociedades del fondo Blackstone (Fidere) por 128 millones de euros,

En 2018, el Tribunal de Cuentas condenó a Botella y a siete miembros de su equipo a pagar 25,7 millones de euros por apreciar un perjuicio patrimonial al vender por debajo del precio de mercado.

No podía quedar así, claro que no.

En 2019, la Sala de Enjuiciamiento del Tribunal de Cuentas revocó la sanción al considerar que no existió "negligencia grave".

Y en 2020, el Tribunal Supremo, que va a muerte contra el Gobierno, confirmó la absolución definitiva.

Como suele suceder, quedó impune.

Antes, en el año 2012, José María Aznar Botella, hijo de Ana Botella y José María Aznar, se convirtió en consejero y asesor de Cerberus Capital Management, otro de los fondos de inversión o "fondos buitre" más grandes del mundo que vino a España a lucrarse en el sector inmobiliario.

Esto es el PP, la familia Aznar y la Justicia española: una gran farsa en la que los que se supone que tienen que servirnos se sirven de nosotros.

Palestinian detainee Bushra Al-Taweel has been held in isolation for nearly a month as Israeli occupation authorities intensify their abuse of Palestinian women detainees.

The 33-year-old journalist from Al-Bireh has been held under administrative detention since February without charge or trial and was transferred to solitary confinement at Ramleh Prison after previously being isolated at Damon Prison.

Palestinian prisoner institutions warn that her case reflects a wider escalation of systematic isolation, repression and medical neglect against Palestinian women prisoners.

The institutions hold the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for Al-Taweel’s fate and are demanding her immediate release and an end to her isolation.
