@KateBolduan @MayorDanGelber Restrictions seem to have no effect on the virus based on the data. Texas only shutdown bars and large gatherings, California a full extended lockdown. Florida was in between. The virus spread similarly in TX and CA with the only difference being massive economic damage to CA.
