Unless we have citizens of high moral standing and integrity, our leaders will be no better.
Our leaders are the true reflection of our society.
It starts with me and you.
Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: https://t.co/rzM1P0QbOl
Whenever you are placed in a leadership position, never assume you are better than those you lead.
Some of your subordinates may be smarter, more talented, or more experienced than you.
#MyRandomThinking.
During the 25th Ordinary Summit of East African Community (EAC) Heads of State Summit, Arusha, Tanzania, we adopted a raft of measures aimed at enhancing fairness and equity within the Community.
This includes a new contribution framework that will take into account the economic strength of Member States, ensuring a more balanced and sustainable system of support for our shared institutions.
We also noted that trade among Member States continues to grow steadily, rising from $33 billion in 2024, when I assumed the chairmanship of the EAC, to $40.3 billion in 2025.
We also appreciated the important strides made toward achieving lasting peace in the Great Lakes region during the period, particularly in DR Congo, recognising that stability and security remain essential pillars for sustainable development.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency @KagutaMuseveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, on his appointment as the new EAC Chairperson.
I congratulate Stephen Patrick Mbundi of Tanzania too on his appointment as the new Secretary-General of the Community.
I also congratulate outgoing Secretary General Veronica Nduva of Kenya for ably steering the EAC Secretariat since June 2024.
I equally congratulate the newly appointed judges of the East African Court of Justice, namely Kenya's Anne Amadi, Somalia's Abdullahi Warsamme, and South Sudan's Digo Stephen Abraham.
Proud to affirm that the EAC is firmly on a strengthening path that will empower, integrate, and connect over 300 million citizens within our borders, unlocking greater opportunities for trade, peace, and shared prosperity.
Proverbs 21:2-3
We may think we are doing the right thing, but the Lord always knows what is in our hearts.
Doing what is right and fair pleases the Lord more than an offering.
DO WE NEED POLITICAL MANIFESTOS?
KENYA and Nandi doesn’t need more manifestos , it needs men and women of integrity.
Kenya’s problem isn’t a shortage of promises, but a shortage of character.
Let’s choose leaders who serve, not seduce; who lead with truth, not tribe.
So now we’re talking about changing the Constitution. But honestly, that’s like changing the forest while keeping the same monkeys. The problem hasn’t really been the laws it’s us, the people. Will a new law suddenly stop the evil in our hearts?
PERFORMANCE matters, but CULTURE sustains it. GREAT LEADERS create workplaces where people feel safe, respected, and motivated to give their best.
Results may be temporary, but the RIGHT ENVIRONMENT builds teams that can perform and thrive for the long term.

The price of good people pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil people.
Another problem, we have good people but in tribal Cages.
Tribe has no special blood groups.
When you go to the blood bank for transfusion, the Label is A, B, O.
