过去几天里，约有6万名移民涌入位于北非的西班牙飞地休达（Ceuta），让这个只有8.5万人口的城市难以招架。西班牙首相桑切斯称此次移民大量涌入是一次“袭击”。

迄今为止，已有30多名移民在试图抵达休达的途中丧生。大部分移民是从摩洛哥经过海路游泳进入西班牙飞地的。这是自2021年以来休达遭遇的最大规模移民涌入，周五某些时段，甚至以每分钟200人的速度涌入。

目前尚不明确什么原因导致如此多的人突然涌向休达，但有媒体猜测，导火索可能是西班牙最高法院不久前的一项裁决，即未经正当法律程序，不得遣返经海路抵达的移民。

面对人潮涌入，边境检查早已招架不住，警方和西班牙国民警卫队似乎并未采取太多行动。鉴于当前局势，西班牙已在该飞地部署了士兵。

欧委会主席冯德莱恩：景象无法接受

周五，欧委会主席冯德莱恩在社交媒体上发帖称休达的景象“令人无法接受”，她写道，“我们不能允许任何人不遵守我们的规则就进入欧盟。”

欧委会将部署欧洲边境和海岸警卫队（Frontex）来控制局势，他们也正在与摩洛哥当局保持联系。

德国总理默茨呼吁摩洛哥“立即接回非法移民”。意大利和法国均宣布加强与西班牙的边境检查。

意大利、芬兰和丹麦呼吁暂时取消西班牙的申根地位，即签署申根协议的国家相互免签，但休达虽是西班牙领土，但不属于申根范围。
