In my experience, rarely have I encountered a situation where a teacher who had solid connections & rapport with students was struggling with classroom management.
The best way to prevent poor behavior is a strong #relationship.

This time also provides valuable insights into our students’ lives so we can better connect our content.
I honestly can’t think of a better use of our time.
