Concepts and drills should be simple enough they span all levels. Here a college junior and a 10 year old working the same concept and drill.

Obviously speed and difficulty of drills change with skill level, but most concepts we teach are taught basic enough to span all ages.

In my opinion jumping straight into live blocks (or receiving, or throws, etc) is setting you or your catcher up for failure.
