@Hertz I have continued to call the rental in atl airport since yesterday. Called while i was still at my gate. Over 20 times you have hung up on me when I select talk to local employee. It is very frustrating. What else can you do. filled out a lost and found RIGHT away. nothing.

I stayed @MarriottBonvoy this weekend and my room was rained on and the manager of @CourtyardHotels refused to provide discount my items were rained on and the manager walked away. i am a bonvoy member for years, highly disappointed need someone to talk to this is unacceptable

@MarriottBonvoy I am so disappointed at my last stay. My daughter @Melina_D sent you information…. On a one week stay no one fixed anything UNTIL THE AFTERNOON BEFORE I checked out. I went to ask for someone to fix ALL of the issues EVERY morning AND evening. NOTHING. (part 1)
