a Chin-Kuki orthopedist Dr. Hegin Lhungdim in Churachandpur, Manipur, is seen wearing a blatantly graphic and inflammatory T-shirt while treating his patients. He was also seen wearing the same T-shirt in an interview for a YT channel.

The objective of the doctor seems to be: to incite hate towards another community, during this sensitive period in Manipur.

Is his conduct within the bounds of the code of conduct of a doctor set by @NMC_IND?

Doesn't his deplorable stunt break the hippocratic oath?
