@NatalyaOba Tbh, your neighbor doesn’t look like a “no trash out the night before” type of neighborhood…sooo i think your fine to just sit and stare at it all night if that’s what you wanna do.
@MilesMcCann1@houmanhemmati@FiatFood One last post. Each age has suggested screenings/prevention topics. Here is an example suggested by AAP. It’s really not that deep, just to keep kids safe and healthy. If a parent chooses not to answer, that’s okay! (with me at least).
@MilesMcCann1@houmanhemmati@FiatFood It is honestly just to reiterate to the parent, don’t ever assume your child wont be injured if you have firearms. If you can teach them how to handle one—do it. I try to turn the screening questions into educational tidbits “keep guns, toxic cleaners, knives out of reach” etc
@MilesMcCann1@houmanhemmati@FiatFood The American Academy of Pediatrics. Providers often use their guidelines for promoting pediatric health and wellness. It is not mandatory to ask the questions, but touching base on the guidelines help us ensure the child is healthy in all aspects, not just “physical health”.
@MilesMcCann1@houmanhemmati@FiatFood Can confirm, it’s part of a child’s wellness exam (yearly exam). It’s “suggested” you ask if there are guns in the home. If yes I say “okay make sure they are in a safe or out of reach to avoid injury of child or if child is of age teach proper gun safety/handling”.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the simplicity of Apple. Laid my new phone near my old phone and they literally did whatever they do, and BAM. New iPhone set up. Didn’t lift a finger. Y’all using android, your wild.
It’s such a rewarding feeling when the love of your life hates laundry as much as you do, there’s no arguments about why the laundry wasn’t done you just never have anything to wear bc it’s shoved in some basket
