@BestBuy why is it not possible to get a managers info? Business card? Email address? Why not be transparent since you are proud of your sevice? The Atwater store is a disgrace.. Their treatment of me was rude, insluting and very macho.

@BestBuySupport This is one of the most horrific experiences I ever had. The Atwater Village store and its management are a diagrace.They sell a faulty product, 1 day pass the 15 days warranty they want me to pay $40 for repairs. I was insulted by 2 managers on top. Thoughts??

@BestBuy Atwater store management is a disgrace or you're running a scam. Software crashes 2 weeks exactly after purschase, they want to charge to fix it. I paid best buy for a laptop that worked 2 weeks. I was insulted on top of it all. Beat buy.. You suck!
