Don’t let him change the subject. Ted Cruz is guilty of trying to overturn a lawfully decided election, of helping to incite a violent insurrection that resulted in the deaths of five people including a police officer, and of pursuing sedition for his own political gain. Resign.
Your GOP colleague in the House praised Hitler this week. A Confederate flag was hung outside the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Yet you continue to deny this clear connection in the aftermath of Wednesday’s violence.
You disgrace yourself and your office further every day. Resign.
The Republican members of Congress who incited the attempted coup and white supremacist attack on the U.S. Capitol should be expelled from Congress.

-The mob invaded the nation’s Capitol upon the incitement of @realDonaldTrump
-One woman was shot and died
-White supremacists carrying confederate flags smashed property
-Guns were drawn in the House
And the response of Senate leadership is to just go home? I don’t understand.
I believe the Republican members of Congress who have incited this domestic terror attack through their attempts to overturn the election must face consequences. They have broken their sacred Oath of Office.
I will be introducing a resolution calling for their expulsion.
Dear @DHS_Wolf: You overrode local authorities and deployed your troops to protect confederate statutes and buildings last year. Where were your folks today to protect our nation’s Capitol?
