[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@moresussex Do you mean Convent Gardens?

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@eBay_UK You bunch of incompetents. You have decided a unbroken item is broken, lost the package and closed the case. Bunch of thieves.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@james_a_tanner @123reg Yes just been contacted by someone having got my details via this method. Very bad. ICO here we come......

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@bexhillobs Unsure how you can be a ‘trustee’ of a group. The whole story seems badly researched and perpetuates inaccuracies throughout.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@bexhillobs I hope you are also reporting if they hadn’t moved the first vehicle, the 2nd wouldn’t have tried to get though so caused that?

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@bexhillobs the story was https://t.co/h4g412h0L3. The group mentioned are not on the charity commission’s database so are not a charity.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@BexhillObs See you don't let things like the facts get in the way of a story. How sad that this is what the media has become.

@hamradiouk I was just wondering how you knew this Saturday was our Big Day, the day we are getting married. Will miss the open day though.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia No I emailed your CEO instead and someone will be looking into it on his behalf apparently.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia She never gave me a ref but she did read my notes. She never said there was a complaints team, only her.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia I didn't write it down but she said she was the highest authority in VM so complaints end with her. She said OfCom agreed too..

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia your complains procedure is a farce. Listen to the complaint then close it. And thats from one of your managers…. #crapvirgin

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia The whole road is because you were too lazy to cable it despite that being the agreement to do any in my town. #dishonestvirgin

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia Not sure how much clearer I can be. I CANT IT SAYS ITS ALREADY DONE!!!!! I said it is lying.

[Ian MacDonald @lairdmacdonaldi]

@virginmedia It already says its done but its lying. Even had 2 people come out and claimed it was 50m to your street box but still nothing
