I can't believe that @AAA_Travel felt comfortable leaving a single woman on the side of the road, in the dark, for almost NINE HOURS until they came to get my car. I only had a flat tire.

@AAA_Travel There was also so much chaos and miscommunication between the state my accident happened (Michigan) and where my membership is (Texas). When talking to customer relations, was told to talk to TX AAA. Talk to multiple ppl at TC AAA and told I need to talk to MI AAA 😐

Made a request at 4:03pm. Waiting for the first tow truck. About a 90 minute wait. Dispatch told me that the tow truck broke down, so they would be sending me another. Ok, fine, I'll wait. I understand it's a snow storm, but surely shouldn't take longer, right?
