@sorcererbyers At my school we had a 20ish minute lunch and then the second half of lunch was our “homeroom” and at the beginning of the year you picked if you wanted quiet homeroom (where you went to a classroom) or went to the gym for the rest of the 20 min if that helps

@plumas_icera Couple off the dome that I knew of were mattress stores, a painting store (that sold literal paintings but no one was ever in there lol), a donut shop, a deli. Not sure if that’s exactly what you’re looking for tho!
