@tizeti I paid for installation on Nov 26, scheduled for Dec 12. No technician showed up, no communication, and I missed my flight due to waiting all day. I requested a refund on Dec 13. Since Dec 15 (19 days), no refund, despite being told it wld take 72 hrs. I need my refund!

Dear @joinkuda since Oct 4, I’ve reported a failed transaction, and despite follow-ups (incl. Oct 17), there’s been no resolution. The beneficiary confirmed the payment didn’t go through, yet your team claims it’s resolved. Frustrating.

You needed to see how she attended to us. I'll stop here as I don't want to reveal all until I see that they are not doing anything.

I can't believe the kind of treatment I got from @MaxAirLtd duty manager yesterday. I'hv all my evidence and I truly hope @MaxAirLtd investigates this matter.
