@neurocritical@theABofPharmaC@brainicudoc We find hemodynamic changes to be less common or severe when ketamine is used as a solo agent versus in combination with other anesthetics like midazolam or propofol. Most can be easily managed with fluid/pressors/antihypertensives without changes to the ketamine itself.
