Dear @reliancejio 1 week ago my sim was ported from Airtel to https://t.co/K6YAHs5D9a shows 4g only no 5g signal. My jio app shows my phone is Meiju m2 but I have OnePlus 8t in which I was using airtel 5g.I have inserted my sim in other 5g devices like Realme 11x 5g. @JioCare

@ola_supports what is going on ola why you are charging convenience fee every time , when we book ride then why it is not included in that , if it is included during booking then it depends on us that we can cancel the ride and travel by other ways

During booking it shows different price , and when we pay you include convenience charges to make the bill a lot heavier, please don't include convenience charges and refund my convenience fee charged by you
