No action has been taken till date. Today is 23.12.2025 and the issue remains unresolved. This is extremely frustrating.
A formal grievance has also been raised vide Ack. No. 24463806.
Request immediate resolution.

I’m unable to download the ITR Form. Every attempt shows the error message: “Something went wrong, please try again.”
Tried multiple times and on different devices,still the same issue.
Please look into this urgently.

@IncomeTaxIndia Your team called on 8 Dec about the ITR Form download issue, couldn’t resolve it, and promised a callback that never came.
This delay is unacceptable. Please fix this urgently or I’ll have to escalate it further.

We are trying to file Form 26QB, but after clicking on the ‘Continue’ tab the page doesn’t move forward.
All required fields are filled and no error message is shown, yet nothing happens.
Please look into this issue at the earliest.

Assessee (Indian-origin Canadian citizen) sold his 1/3rd inherited house share in Sheikh Sarai, Delhi in FY 24-25 for ₹50L. TDS ₹11.44L deducted.Unable to validate bank a/c as OTP isn’t received on Canadian number; Indian temp number surrendered.

The Income Tax portal is once again not functioning. Taxpayers cannot be expected to comply on time when the system itself fails repeatedly. This inefficiency is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. @IncomeTaxIndia please fix this urgently.
