Got a call from @SamsungSG claiming to be "Senior Mgmt" refusing to give her name or designation and then repeating the same dialogues already given by their customer care. Is this what @Samsung considers helpful?

Strike 3 @Samsung and u r out!
1st #SamsungTV display,then #SamsungS7Edge motherboard and now #Samsungs20plus display spoilt just after warranty ends.
All hardware issues that ensure customer suffers for no fault of theirs.
The brand that self-destructs and has no idea y!

@SamsungSG
Warranty provided after #SamsungMobile repair is 1 MONTH!
If @Samsung does not have confidence in their products and repair capability, should we have the same?

@VijayakumarTM @Samsung I hope u dont face it but after 3 issues with samsung products it was time to highlight it. I know few other people who have also had similiar issues with @SamsungMobile

[Lakshmi Menon @lakshmidmenon]

@SamsungSupport Providing it isnt really helpful. It has already been provided to your Singapore support on sunday for escalation but apparently its too trivial for them. I have also DM you.
