Simple Price Action Setup I like:

1) Wait for the price to drop below the range low/support

2) Check flows for liquidations—if a significant number of long positions have been liquidated (as stop losses are typically placed below support), take note

3) Look for signs of spot buying. If the price reclaims the range when spot volume delta > Perp volume delta, enter a long position assuming TWAPs on..

4) Set your target between the mid-range (50%) and the midpoint between the mid-range and the range high.

5) Place the stop loss below the dump low.

Backtest this setup in live or replay mode across thousands of charts, and observe the results.
