Courts will judge his case and his "crime" but here's a question that merits some consideration:
WHY WOULD IT HAVE TAKEN 70 DAYS FOR HIS "VICTIM" SANJAY AZAD TO “REMEMBER” THAT SWATANTRA USED CASTEIST SLURS?
During Swatantra Bharadwaj’s bail hearing, Delhi Police told the court that the original complaint contained NO allegation of casteist abuse. The allegation appeared only in a subsequent statement, after which the SC/ST Act was invoked.
According to reports that have appeared in all media the court noted that the allegation surfaced about 10 WEEKS LATER!
So what changed? There is apparently no audio in any of the videos that have surfaced showing casteist slurs being used. BUT THERE IS A VIDEO THAT SHOWS THE COMPLAINANT ATTACKING BHARADWAJ AND BRAGGING ABOUT IT TOO.
So why is there no wider scrutiny of the entire episode? Why no case against Sanjay Azad? IS IT BECAUSE IT IS POLITICALLY INCORRECT?

सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा यह वीडियो राजधानी दिल्ली का बताया जा रहा है। वीडियो में "गुर्जर" लिखे एक थार चालक कथित तौर पर जानबूझकर खतरनाक तरीके से स्टंट करते हुए राहगीरों को डराता और उसका वीडियो बनवाता दिखाई दे रहा है।

स्टंटबाजी, तथाकथित प्रैंक या सोशल मीडिया पर लोकप्रियता हासिल करने के नाम पर सड़क पर इस तरह की हरकतें आम लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर खतरा बन सकती हैं और उनमें भय एवं असुरक्षा की भावना पैदा करती हैं।

उक्त क्रम में दिल्ली सहित समूचे NCR पुलिस से अनुरोध है कि वायरल वीडियो का संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित वाहन एवं चालक की पहचान कर तथ्यों की जांच तथा कानून के अनुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि सार्वजनिक सड़कों पर ऐसी गैर-जिम्मेदाराना गतिविधियों पर रोक लग सके।

Around 15 months ago the Finance Ministry said claims that MDR would be charged on UPI were "completely false, baseless and misleading, and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting digital payments through UPI."

Today there is a U turn. From 15 October a 0.4% MDR will apply to specified person to merchant UPI transactions above Rs 2,000.

When STT was introduced, Parliament was told it was in lieu of capital gains tax on listed equities.

We now pay both STT and capital gains tax.

Dividends, once taxed at the company level, are now taxed in shareholders hands at slab rates.

What happened to Dream11?

Courts treated fantasy sports as a game of skill. Rules were later framed for permissible real money games. Then a law banned online money games.

Who allowed it, who banned it, and what material change occurred in those few years?

The problem is consistency and credibility. That is why so many people keep questioning official GDP growth rate to inflation numbers.

If the government had enough credibility, this level of scepticism would not exist.

UPI charges will be borne by the end consumer ONLY.

UPI fees is an extra tax, over and above what we are already paying.

Yes, tech can't run free forever.
That's why we pay taxes, no?

Seems the Centre is misjudging the public mood right now. Why else introduce a fee on UPI and make things worse for your own standing?

Sure, running UPI costs money, no one expects it to be entirely free. But the cash-heavy system we had before cost significantly more. In reality, UPI saves the govt far more money than it takes to maintain.

Think of it like this: You used to pay ₹1,500 a month to ride a crowded bus. Then you switched to the metro, which costs only ₹800 a month. Instead of being happy that you're saving ₹700 every month and getting a better ride, you start complaining about spending ₹800. That’s exactly what’s happening here. The govt is complaining about the visible maintenance cost of UPI while completely ignoring the massive savings and value it has gained.

By shifting millions of transactions online, UPI reduced tax evasion, boosted compliance, and expanded the formal economy. It slashed cash-handling costs like printing, transport, and security, while ensuring cleaner, leak-proof welfare payouts. Its digital trail suppresses black money and fraud.

So why ruin one of the most successful systems India has ever built? The claim that merchants will absorb the cost instead of consumers is absurd. There isn't a single fee or tax levied on businesses in India that doesn't ultimately get passed down to the buyer. A 0.4% fee, even capped at ₹300 per transaction, will simply be tacked onto consumer bills, driving people right back to using cash.

अजीत भारती को गाली देनेवाले का बाल भी बांका नहीं होगा लेकिन अजीत के जवाब पर SC/ST एक्ट भी लगेगा और उसको एंटीसिपेटरी बेल भी नहीं मिलेगी।

ये सिर्फ दो उदाहरण नहीं हैं.. यही आज की डेट में हमारे समाज की सच्चाई है।
सवाल बस इतना है कि जब किसी के गलत पर होनेवाला कानूनी एक्शन उसकी जाति देखकर होता है तो वो प्रक्रिया बटेंगे तो कटेंगे की कैटेगरी में आती है या नहीं?
