What is particularly concerning is that I have repeatedly received similar assurance messages stating that the matter is being looked into. However, despite these assurances, no concrete action, resolution timeline, or meaningful update has been provided so far.
At this stage, these repeated responses appear to be generic in nature and do not address the actual issue faced by the customer.

Mr. Sandeep from the Daikin service centre visited 5 days ago, diagnosed a faulty outdoor PCB, collected Rs. 500 as a service charge, and left without repairing anything. After that, he was unreachable and did not answer calls.
Today, he came again and asked to take the outdoor PCB with him for inspection. Since he had been unresponsive for days and no proper documentation was provided, I was not comfortable handing over the PCB.
What is even more concerning is that he had earlier suggested that I get the AC repaired privately through him for Rs. 4,000.
Is this Daikin’s official service process?

Please stop sending generic responses and provide specific details:
• Has the PCB been approved for replacement?
• When will the repair be completed?
• What is the expected resolution date?
A customer cannot be expected to wait indefinitely in peak summer while receiving the same automated replies.
