@NJTRANSIT is horrendous! Every day during rush hour, two trains board on the same platform! To top it off today, the 7th Ave entrance to the platform was closed! We ran all the way to 8th Ave to find this crowd! Get your 💩together!
@NJTRANSIT Fare raise? We can’t see through the train windows! Only when something horrific happens and someone files a lawsuit will you fix the windows, correct? Is this what the resolution was to increase the engineers’ salaries? Why do you treat customers so badly?
@NJTRANSIT Why don’t you fix the train windows on the Port Jervis line so that customers know where they’re going or at the very least, anticipate danger?
@NJTRANSIT Please fix the train windows so that customers can see where they’re going. It’s also very dangerous that we can’t see to anticipate danger. The Port Jervis line train windows are horrendous! Customers barely know what station is next.
@NJTRANSIT All you do is apologize, raise the fare and continue to inconvenience customers. My fare went up for July. Will the service improve? I guarantee the answer is NO. All live long day there are downed wires in Penn Station. Why can’t they be permanently fixed?
