@airindia Yr detailed response is sm. Pay fr d seats. I wont. Sch malpractices should nt be tolerated by Govt as well @MoCA_GoI u see the case and then tell. We had confirmed seats on r ticket and despite that Air India is saying to pay to get seats. The seat numbers reflected on our tckt

@airindia Hw cn url directly chg d flight timings?Sin-Mum 1st Jun booked 10.05 den it ws rescheduled fr 8:55 am n nw directly 19:40? lot of ahead planning changes. Moreover d seats whch were charged n booked has gone awy n url wnt to rebook by paying agn @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI

Sorry, I have a ticket showing confirmed seats and they tell no i need to re pay for the seats. They expect my 9 year old daughter to sit separately and Sr Citizen also despite having confirmed ticket earlier. They insist to repurchase and pay

@airindia In DM its same thing. Why would travel agent speak? The flight was canceled by Air India. The ticket issued reflecting seat was from Air India. I want my seats back without being asked to pay again @TOIIndiaNews @rashtrapatibhvn @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI

@airindia Dont give this everytime. Speak in front of the world. We shall not pay for the seat. Talking on the phone same thing. If ur system cant reflect not our fault. I have shown you my ticket which reflects confirmed seat number @MoCA_GoI

@im_vandy @airindia @airindia is there only to trouble people and take money. Troubling me since last so many days and forcing me to take paid seat again when they changed the flights. No help from @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI as well Air India not hearing them as well it seems

I am being forced to sit alone and my kids also. The change is from their side and they asking me to pay again kids n sr citizen being asked to sit alone

@airindia Der is no change in the response rather danngiving me a link of ur website n asking me to re book d seat by paying. I will not be paying for the seats. As per my earlier booking, i want the kids and senior citizen to sit together not separately for not a fault of ours @DGCAIndia

@airindia I have reverted as well -there is nothing new message.U are constantly telling me to pay for the seat and I am telling I wont pay. The earlier booking had all of us seated together n i dont expect my kids and Sr citizen to sit separately. I need seats together for all @MoCA_GoI

@airindia Your DMs r just saynf flight is nt confirmed n I need 2 confirm whn i have already shared d confirmed itinerary. For d seats same msg again n again dat I need to pay - will nt be accepted. My earlier tickets as shown has seats confirmed n booked d changes r from your end not mine

@airindia No… on DM you are saying something else. I wont pay anything for the seats. My earlier flight ticket as shown to you the entire family was sitting together / if you have changed the flight its not our issue we want the kids and sr citizen to sit together as per original booking
