@delhivery My delivery was supposed to reach me by the 13th of February. Unfortunately by your poor quality of service, I still haven’t received my package yet. Today’s the 17th of February. There has not been a single point of contact from your facility regarding the delay.
It’s truly terrible, how there are lots of small business owners that depend on these delivery agencies. And due to these agents lack of service, these businesses are getting affected horribly. Please show some responsibility @delhivery

@delhivery This is truly disappointing, on how you handle things. The company I ordered from also tried reaching out to your service, but yet again, due to your poor customer service, neither that is available.
@delhivery I keep filing for a query and keep calling the customer service. There is no contact details of the facility nor is there any location details available of the Facility.
