I CALLED THE NUMBER THEY TOLD ME TO in an email. THEY sent me. I call local Best Buyy... i go through system to get customer service...

I wait, I finally get someone else who then promptly tells me I have to call the local Best Buy and that it's an error that...

I call the number, I hold, I finally get woman who says she's glad I called Best Buy and she'll get me right over the phone services...
