He specifically stated he wanted the show to end like a good stand up routine. End on a good note. One joke too many and it doesn't have the same effect. Its Always Sunny should have taken note. Brilliant show in its prime, but has since lost its luster.

I still watch the show almost daily, but season 11 was the obvious drop off. Show has jumped the shark. Shouldn't have been renewed tbh. Take a note from Seinfeld, and go out on top.
