BETA – I've added a new feature to parli-n-grams: find out when a phrase was first said in a @HouseofCommons debate and who said it.

For example... "Brexit" was first pronounced by David Nuttall in 2014.

Serendipitous thing I've learnt at #papisio: safety organisation in Canada uses machine learning in order to improve safety and reduce useless inspections. Implications for UK public sector (e.g. @foodgov etc). #opendata can play a role, too.
