Is there any reason or solution planned?

@drmsdah @RailwaySeva look into the issue at Platform No. 10, Sealdah. The tap water is splashing across the area, making the platform slippery and unsafe for passengers. It’s causing people to slip and leading to serious accidents. Kindly fix this at the earliest. 🙏

In Eastern Railway New EMU AC trains (Sealdah–Bangaon/Ranaghat) ticket checking is partial. TTEs check only a few, while many with general tickets occupy AC coaches freely. This loophole is leading to severe overcrowding. Kindly ensure strict checking. @drmsdah @EasternRailway

A few days ago several JSL water coolers were installed at Sealdah Station @EasternRailway promoted that initiative everywhere FB and Twitter.
Now after few days the condition of these water machine become worse! Taps are broken, some does not working at all (1/2)

Some machines are completely out of service.
Outside conditions are like this then wonder the situation of inside.
The pics are taken between 5-6 . Same condition platform at 9-10..
