Thanks @AnkerOfficial for the worst customer service ever. Bought a pair of Soundcore earbuds while on vacation in Japan that came with a 1.5 year warranty. Now they've become defective and you won't honour the warranty because I don't live in Japan?? Ridiculous and unacceptable.
@GOtransitBR FIX THE EQUIPMENT ISSUE. Stop cancelling busy rush hour trains without viable alternate options. At the very least ensure your subsequent trains have additional coaches to handle the overflow geez π€¦π»ββοΈ
@GOtransitBR What are you people doing and what are we freaking paying for, seriously? It's the second straight day you've cancelled the 8:02 AM train from Allandale to Union for an "equipment issue" and forced riders to take the next train which is only SIX coaches long.
How is this acceptable service?! The train is so full and people are standing shoulder to shoulder. In the accessibility coach, when we arrive at stations the attendant is telling ppl this coach is full and to run to a different one. WTF.

@GOtransitBR Instead or in addition to adjusting schedules can you please add coaches to all trains departing Union after 3:30 PM?? The weekday afternoon trains are so full now with standing room only. Stair cases and walkways are regularly blocked!

@GOtransitBR Hello, the parking garage sign at Aurora Go station is not working properly again and constantly displays the wrong parking space information. The level 2 availability showed 50+ spots were free this morning when in actuality it was full.
@GOtransitBR Hello, making another request to please add additional coachs to your 3:53 pm and 4:38 pm trains. These trains are consistently very full and standing room only during the mid-week days.
@GOtransitBR Hello, the 3:53 PM train from Union should really be extended to a 12 car train. It's a very busy trip especially on Tues/Wed/Thurs and many riders have standing room only. Thanks.

@GOtransitBR Need to reiterate that your 3:53 PM train from Union station requires more coaches. I mean like IMMEDIATELY. It's ridiculous how many riders have to resort to finding space to stand or sitting in the stairwells. #CMON
@GOtransitBR Thank you for the clarification. Do you have an estimate of when the outer west lot will be reopened? This would have the biggest impact on the parking situation. An overflow lot 15 mins away on foot in the dead of winter or heat of summer is not an ideal alternative.
