@AVA_airasia submitted my request for credit refund multiple times due to Air Asia cancelling flight, but Air Asia always closed the ticket without refund. This is very frustating. I am requesting credit refund on behalf for my parents, which earlier booked using my Big account.

@helpmeunifi pls help, my TM fixed line has been malfunction since a month ago, reported with case # 0060406420810, but no technical expertise come to check. It's really bad service. I will consider to terminate the TM fixed line if this continues as I still need to pay the bill!
