@viagogo is an unethical scam of a company. We purchased tickets that successfully charged our card but never transferred. We called and they said the tickets were “under investigation” but couldn’t tell us why or how long they’d be investigated. We missed the show and their BS

Customer service person offered no actual solution. They then said they would have to wait for it to be completed to issue a refund but no clue how long the investigation would take. The refund would be another 72 hours from this unknown timeframe.
