Good news!! After months of insomnia due to my nervous system being so unregulated (thanks trauma and long term fight or flight) I’ve started sleeping again & my anxiety and depression have wildly decreased

Bad news!! It was at the cost of giving up coffeeee 🥲🥲🥲
