I will continue to post about this until you help me @X@Support. I have filed multiple reports about my @mlananna account being hacked and have not heard back from a human or gotten any assistance whatsoever.

@JPPriester@JP_Priester@Support I’m getting the same emails. It’s incredibly frustrating. It seems like they’re automated responses, and the system is clearly broken.
First they said “you still have control of your account,” … then said “we’re unable to verify you as the account holder.” Which is it, @X?

@X Whoever is controlling my @mlananna account is still making changes and posting without my permission -- including removing the tag from the previous two posts @X. Are you just going to let a hacker use my account? Is that your security protocol @X? How does that keep users safe?
I've made this alternative @X account as a last-ditch effort to try to save my @mlananna handle that I've had since 2009. I do not have access to my own account, and it's posting clear spam about crypto currency. The lack of support from @X support in this situation is shameful.
