My friend Rondale Moore would have turned 26 years old today.
I wanted to make a post in his memory and remind everyone that mental health matters. It doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor, young or old, famous or unknown. It can affect anyone.
No matter what we accomplish in life, nothing is more important than our mental health.
I pray for Rondale and his family today, and I hope he knew just how loved he was. I also hope anyone reading this remembers that you are loved too, and that it’s OK to ask for help when you need it.
God bless. 🙏
An open letter to Packers fans in my age group:
You are currently living in the reality I spent the first 30 years of of my life in.
Getting your lunch money taken by your biggest rival, on national television, in catastrophic fashion, tends to build a deep hatred.
Those harmless trash talking Bears fans are a lot more annoying then you remember, aren't they?
It stings watching your rivals QB get all the national attention, it stings losing to them on your home turf. It stings losing to them in the playoffs. It stings seeing their coach talk trash about yours.
I say this with love: You've all been spoiled rotten and the test of your true fan base has begun.
Most will stop paying attention or pretend it doesn't matter, I genuinely hate that portion of your fan base.
Those few who stick it out if the Packers completely nose dive and have to rebuild, you'll forever have my respect.
Get some thick skin, you'll need it.
Sincerely,
The kid from Wisconsin who wore his Bears jersey to school after every loss to the Packers.
I’ve seen more tweets from Packers Twitter condemning Caleb Williams for painting his nails than Josh Jacobs for getting arrested for domestic abuse lately which is wild
People from Illinois, you are about to deal with the most annoying people in the world who will claim that because the Bears play in Indiana, they are not an Illinois team, but an Indiana team. You must just ignore these people.

#Bears QB coach J.T. Barrett says a major area of growth for Caleb Williams from last year to now is his ability to accept criticism: “I think he’s just realizing where he has so much potential & he could do so much with that. We’re just scratching the surface with some stuff.”
