@aairwaves You have a real problem at DFW with customer assistance. There are hundreds of people in line and only two agents to help. To make matters worse, there is a more than 2-hour wait to be connected with an agent via chat using the mobile app.

@SpencerJCox can you do something about the terrible service at the Drivers License Division? The appointment system of phone calls does not work. They do not return calls and turn people away that don’t have an appointment even if there are 20 open desks at the counter.
@canyonsdistrict is not taking social distancing very seriously. Many coaches are working with students and teams. When asked, a coach said they were given the OK to have practices with small groups.

@comcastcares, after multiple chats and phone calls. My new bill still does not reflect the monthly charges I was promised verbally and in my order confirmation email. Today I get an email that my new bill is ready and clicking "View Bill" only results in website errors.
