Fulton County officials tried to claim that the affidavit used to obtain the search warrants was flawed, but U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee ruled the affidavit was valid, even if it was imperfect. This followed a raid of the Fulton County elections office in January of the same year. In an interview back in April, FBI Director Patel claimed arrests related to voter fraud during the 2020 Presidential Election were “coming soon.”
