We held our final Central Elections Task Force (CETF) reporting meeting today, marking the conclusion of our preparations ahead of the 2026 Local Government Elections.
Victory loves preparation, and the work continues as we enter the final stretch of the campaign, ready to execute our programme with discipline, determination, and commitment.

For weeks, some racist Western media outlets published story after story against Professor Jason Arday, at times every few hours, branding him a plagiarist. They hounded him relentlessly, and the pressure became too much for him. He committed suicide in August, aged just 41.
This week, he was cleared of plagiarism yet again. A fresh investigation by the academic publisher Taylor & Francis found nothing to support the allegations. Of the four formal investigations into his work, not one substantiated the charge.
The same publications that hunted him are now silent. They have not corrected their reporting, and they have not had the decency to admit they were wrong.
This is how hard it is to be Black in a deeply racist world, and to succeed where they expect you to fail. Even those who present themselves as the moral conscience of the Western world have nothing to say.
In a shameful act, the Oxford Reform Society has invited Nathan Cofnas, the self-described "race realist" who first raised the plagiarism allegations against Professor Arday, to speak at Oriel College next month. Oriel College, the home of Cecil John Rhodes’ statue.
These institutions are racist. Sadly, Black leaders have failed to build rival institutions that give Black people respect and intellectual dignity.
We are forced to endure disrespect because our leadership has failed us completely. Black billionaires line up to hand money to these institutions in exchange for meaningless honorary titles, instead of building our own.
May Professor Arday's soul rest in peace. You were hounded to your death by publications that today do not even have the shame to admit they were wrong.
APOLOGY | IOL would like to extend a formal apology to the EFF Joburg mayoral candidate @drtlaleng Mofokeng for an incorrectly worded caption published last night during the IOL Town Hall Discussion at the Joburg Theatre. Dr Mofokeng did indeed indicate to the moderator, IOL deputy editor Lee Rondganger, that she would leave at 6pm as she had prior commitments, and this was accepted. However, this was unknown to the social media team covering the event, leading to the unfortunate caption that was published. IOL immediately removed the posts once the matter was clarified during a debriefing session.
We apologize once more to Dr Mofokeng and the EFF.
CRIME HAS NO NATIONALITY!
@JacintaNgobese@PhakelaMthakath you know that well! But you choose to deceive our people. As we speak Durban is burning against because of your selfishness! Khulani mani! Impi asiyifuni kwaZulu
South African drug mafias cook Mandrax and Ecstasy in Gauteng suburbs and use the profits to fund influencers who tell you foreigners are the problem.
They create the demand. They fund the narrative. The guy on the street is just the scapegoat. The real cartel is local, rich, and laughing at you.
One thing I have learnt through CIC @Julius_S_Malema is "consistency and discipline" just look at the message on his Tshirt EACH ONE TEACH ONE! #VOTEEFFLGE2026#VoteEFF
This is the only credible incoming Mayor of JHB.
If people of JHB vote otherwise, they have themselves to blame.
EFF is giving them the best of the best.
The most disturbing thing about these gangster and expired politicians came by the back door.
And we held them by the hand for the sake to deliver service to our people! Now they are flying too close to the sun come 4th of November #VoteEFFLGE2026#voteEFF
Only in Johannesburg is a person with qualifications and credible experience is being asked why she can be mayor but gangsters and expired politicians are perfect candidates. GTFOH!!!!!!
