Be careful if you're using @Orbitz to book international travel. They canceled our room without our knowledge, so we had nowhere to stay when we got to our destination. @OrbitzCareTeam offered me a $25 dollar coupon instead of the $800 extra it cost me to get us a room. Beware.

@OrbitzCareTeam I have a major issue where I got to our resort (in a different country) and was told my reservation had been canceled by Orbitz. Tried to call to resolve, but there was 6 hour hold. Paid for room so we had a place to stay, no refund frm Orbitz. Please help.
