Cade Searcy played the last two seasons at East Central. Last season, he was the team’s leading rusher, going for 595 yards and four touchdowns on 108 carries (5.5 YPC). He added 123 yards on 24 receptions.

In 2024 as a true freshman, Searcy rushed for 379 yards and three touchdowns on 67 carries, plus had a receiving touchdown and 122 yards on 16 receptions in eight games played.

Searcy was named All-GAC Second Team last season and All-GAC Third Team in 2024.
