Played Woodland Monday for our opening season game. Went 2-2 and had my first home run as a Varsity player on our home field. #BlakeAgger went 2-2 with one being a grand slam homer.#BlakeAgger brought in 6 runs total for the game. @LandonEpperson_ had a RBI.@Aszwissig came in and got the win relief on the mound and @SamCheatle2027 got the two final outs for the save.@sutterbaseball

Played Woodland yesterday, gave us a good battle, but we ended up battling back and won 5-4. @karterjohnson_ @bradywickum2025 @LandynSingh had 2 hits each. @CarsonBishop15 came through to get the save by inducing a game ending double play to @BlakeBoyer22 to close out the game. @MasonMcCall2025 started on the mound and #Brandonflores came in as relief for the win.@sutterbaseball

Won our game yesterday against East Nic.@KarterJohnson_ @EzraHilleary @jonny_munger each had a hit. #BlakeAgger had 2 hits. @MasonMcCall2025 earned the win for Sutter on the mound and @Aszwissig came in as the relief. Next game 3/10 against Woodland at home.

Varsity came out on top with a 7–1 win. Jonny Munger got the win on the mound with 4-1/3 innings only allowing 1 run. Brandon Flores and Sullivan Pardee also threw scoreless ball in relief. The bats were led by Karter Johnson (1x3, 3B, RBI), Carson Bishop (2x4, 2B, 2 runs), Sam Cheatle (1x2, 2B, 2 RBI), Blake Agger (2x2, 2B, 2 RBI) and Landyn Singh (2x3, 2B, 2 RBI). Had my first Varsity Baseball game last week on 2/25 and it was a great experience. I felt confident and comfortable thanks to great coaching staff and teammates. Looking forward to a great season.

Sutter Varsity opens up their season with a 4-1 win over Colfax today. Mason McCall and Aiden Zwissig combined to allow only 3 Colfax hits and 1 run allowed. Brady Wickum had the big hit of the game with a 2 run double. Landyn Singh went 3x3 with 2 doubles and an RBI and Carson Bishop also added 2 hits.
