It's the Feast of Trumpets! Israelis are wishing each other "happy holidays" and getting ready to eat lots of sweet food, and hear the sound of the shofar. It's a time to look back and take stock, to remember our covenant with God and prepare our hearts for the high holidays.
"That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." - Ephesians 3:16-19
"A day will come when Christ will return, and there will be the Judgment. Eternity will be before you: Heaven or Hell. You will be in one of them, according to the choice that you make about Jesus Christ." #BillyGraham

Psalm 33
1 Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous!
For praise from the upright is beautiful.
2 Praise the Lord with the harp;
Make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings.
3 Sing to Him a new song;
Play skillfully with a shout of joy.
4 For the word of the Lord is right,
And all His work is done in truth.
5 He loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.
6 By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.
7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap;
He lays up the deep in storehouses.
8 Let all the earth fear the Lord;
Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
9 For He spoke, and it was done;
He commanded, and it stood fast.
10 The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing;
He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.
11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
The plans of His heart to all generations.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.
13 The Lord looks from heaven;
He sees all the sons of men.
14 From the place of His dwelling He looks
On all the inhabitants of the earth;
15 He fashions their hearts individually;
He considers all their works.
16 No king is saved by the multitude of an army;
A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17 A horse is a vain hope for safety;
Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength.
18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,
On those who hope in His mercy,
19 To deliver their soul from death,
And to keep them alive in famine.
20 Our soul waits for the Lord;
He is our help and our shield.
21 For our heart shall rejoice in Him,
Because we have trusted in His holy name.
22 Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
Just as we hope in You.
"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee." - Isaiah 26:3
Peace is not the absence of conflict, it is the absence of inner conflict.
"For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." - Romans 8:6
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith" - Galatians 5:22
"Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love." - Ephesians 1:4
If you are irritated and upset about things in your life it is very hard to receive quiet guidance from the Holy Spirit. Sometimes a certain action is in question, so, you let the peace of Christ be your guide. Through the subtle inward witness of the Holy Spirit He guides you to the action you need to take. God's Word says that the fruit of righteousness will be peace.
Don't be afraid of the enemy. Peace is Jesus Himself. He is your peace. Let the Peace of Christ rule your heart. You can rest in His Peace knowing that He comes to your support and help, upholding you, surrounding and protecting you with His strength. Always be courageous and you will win, because it is God who gives you the victory. Your peace, your immovable stand upon the Word of God and His precious promises, for He has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over ALL the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. The peace of God crushes the head of the enemy.
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." - Colossians 3:15
"What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?" -Romans 8:31
"Which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all." Ephesians 1:20-23
