I was then offered a new plan, with bonus perks and additions that would only be a small $10 change to the plan. The information presented was incorrect - and upon returning to my original plan there was a surcharge added, despite not changing anything. @bbb_us @Verizon

In both situations with @AmericanAir and @Verizon I was/am found to be at fault when in fact, having no prior knowledge and working with employees that are unable to understand their own technological infrastructures. @bbb_us - this can't go on.

Today, Feb. 2nd, 2024 I spent 113 min. on the phone with @Verizon trying to figure out why my line keeps getting disconnected. In that call, I learned my account was never fully set up, despite being reassured by an in-store rep. at the time in Sept. that it was. (cont.) @bbb_us

Turns out, there was a unpaid service fee that not one, not two, but 5 PEOPLE couldn't find any record on the system. I still have yet to receive any update or reconciliation for the situation. And no, I never made it to SFO. (cont.) @AmericanAir @BBBTriCounties

On October 19, 2023 I went to PHL to get on a flight to SFO for my best friends wedding. Arrived at 6:00pm for a 7pm flight. I left PHL at 11:30pm after watching 2 DIFFERENT flights take off while I stood at the gate, with 0 explanation why. (cont.) @AmericanAir @BBBTriCounties
