Wake up at 5:30, get to the gym at 6:20. Workout, shower then leave at 8:00, get to the office at 8:20. 4-day routine, nothing hectic.

Wake up at 03:50. Start running at around 04:30. Finish running around 06:00. Drive to the gym close to the office before traffic starts. Start strength training session at around 06:30/06:45 till 07:30. Sauna and shower. At the office by 08:30/08:45 to start work by 09:00.
