@educationgovuk@bphillipsonMP Maybe the money you are spending on this would be better spent on teacher salaries? I know of several teachers who are leaving and not being replaced because of budget constraints. Do you expect everyone to know who this is?
@UnofficialOA@Ria1984 I work at a school which was in special measures and we have never used hot chocolate with the HT as a detention alternative. Or ever.
I made a site to complement our year 7 SoL. Learners (anybody, in fact) can explore what Spain has to offer and plan a holiday, add to a phrasebook, explore different activities and learn about Spain's different regions. Lots more to come with this one. https://t.co/bxnGmQ1Txx ๐ช๐ธ
@OllieMFL Looks great! The simpler the better I have found, mostly translation both ways, anagrams, match up questions and answers, odd one out, categorise vocab items, find the errors in translation, list different types of vocab eg 5 adjectives etc.

@XpatEducator Very helpful, thank you. I just wish there was a more sustainable alternative to the white board pens. They are the biggest source of landfill waste in my classroom and never last long. I donโt use MWBs as often as I could because of this.
@BennyH391512@LeShuttle_Help We had absolutely no issues leaving from Folkestone at the end of July, were even given an earlier train. Coming back on Monday, no substantial delays either, border checks took 8 mins for us to get through both UK/French side. Excellent service.

Concerning that language learning is less widespread in schools in less affluent areas.
Language learning should be an opportunity for everyone, not a privilege.
German in particular is an extremely practical & sought-after skill โ the highest in-demand among UK employers.
Really saddened to hear that @BangorUni plan to make cuts to @BangorModLangs I wouldnโt have the career I have today had it not been for the opportunities and skilled staff who delivered my degree. Please sign this petition https://t.co/lcKi2dF4se
