The EFF recognises the informal economy as the actual first rung of black business and therefore will build the pipeline from informal to formal instead of treating formalisation as a precondition for support.
In the first 100 days as Mayor, the EFF will establish single point of entry (one-stop shop) for informal traders to regularise, access permits and get connected to formal supply chains, instead of being treated as a policing problem.

Hold us accountable to that.
