What a joke @ElectricIreland renewals are. Spoke to 2 diff agents, 1st one ext rude, 2nd lies re cost of elec & backed up when i corrected.Only tariff available to me to renew is the same plan I'm on which will cost 2% more. Brilliant strategy and customer service
