@progressive GOOD AFTERNOON… I HAVE BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER FOR PROGRESSIVE FOR A LONG TIME… I AM AWARE THAT BEING A CEO OF PROGRESSIVE HAS YOU VERY BUSY… HOWEVER… WITH ANY COMPANY THERE NEEDS TO BE RESPECT… COMMUNICATION… AND RESOLVE ISSUES THAT ARRISE AS THEY ARE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF AN EMPLOYEE AT A COMPANY ~PROGRESSIVE~ I AM VERY SHOCKED AS I READ ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT YOU DO… BUT ONE OF THEM IS NOT IN YOUR CORE VALUES… I WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND PLEASE READ ~ALL~ THE NOTES THAT PERTAIN TO THE CLAIMS ON MY AUTO POLICY… I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH HOW PROGRESSIVE HAS TREATED ME… HOW LONG I HAVE TEXTED… DROPPED TEXT… LONG CALLS… DROPPED CALLS… HAVING TO BE ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS ALMOST EVERYDAY TO GET THE SAME RESULT!!! ~NOTHING~ I HAVE CALLED YOU SEVERAL TIMES… LEFT MESSAGES… LEFT MESSAGE WITJ JOHN SAUERLAND… NO CALL BACK… LEFT MESSAGE WITH JOHN MURPHY… NO CALL BACK… LEFT MESSAGE WITH PAULA JEFFEREY… NO CALL BACK… THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO SPEAK TO ME ARE THE OPERATORS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE… CLAIMS… WHO SAID EACH TIME THAT THEY WOULD ESCALATE THE CONCERNS TO TRICIA GRIFFITH… ~ MS TRICIA… IF YOU BELIEVE IN UR CORE VALUES… AND ALL THAT THE READ AND SEE YOU DO… PLEASE JUST TAKE A MINUTE TO OPEN UP MY POLICY CLAIM AND GET IT HANDLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE… Core Values Words we live by Our Core Values build the foundation that drives every decision we make and influences how we treat each other and our customers.
