It would also just be great so that if I’m traveling with persons with limited mobility, I could take them straight to that entrance without “searching” for an escalator down. While also saving the elevator for ppl who have that as their only option.
It would be really nice if for downtown stations BART could report which direction an escalator is going up/down on some online platform. (Unless this already exists and I’m just dumb lol)
With certain stations changing escalators due to time of day, I was essentially trapped out of Embarcadero due to the lack of escalators going down at the time. (Checked all entrances)
yikes!! Watched a bunch of ppl run at both 19th /12th oak stations for the transfer. We really need integrated transfer announcements (automated not by the operator) because I saw ppl miss it at 12th street 😬
@SFMTA_Muni thank you for holding the city together after the fireworks show! But please please make sure to post specific information on your website to the best of your ability.
This was quite frustrating as I didn’t find out until boarding a 44 at Glen park that I could have just gotten on at Forest hill instead of making extra transfers to Glen Park. Please make sure for your next events that specific information as much as you can.
@Caltrain a bunch of people just missed their trains at Millbrae. The signage wasn’t effective. Many ppl who missed the first train on the other platform walked to the “open” platform. Only to miss the SECOND train on the normal platform . This is unacceptable communication!!
@GoldenGateBus please consider releasing a new tutorial for the underbelly racks. It’s difficult to see what the instructor is doing because of the video quality, these tend to be the most intimidating racks to utilize so a video is essential! :)
